Online Check in
Eastern Airways ROBLOX is the first roblox airline to have a fully functioning online check in through our discord server!
How do I check-in online?
Ensure you have joined our discord server and have verified with bloxlink.
Find the channel #bot-commands.
Type /checkin to get started and choose your flight.
Confirm your booking and then you are all set!
By pressing confirm, you will be added to our database and deleted after 62 hours. When you join your flight you will be given your boarding pass automatically. If your discord nickname is not the same as your full roblox username, you will not be checked in.
On your marks...
You have now been entered into our system and will automatically be issued your boarding pass when you join the flight - no need to use the slow check in machines!

Q. How many hours before a flight can I check in for?
We offer online check in 48 hours before departure. After doing this you will be logged into our system and your reference will be prepared for you and your ticket will be given to you automatically when you join the game.
Q. How does it know my roblox details?
If you have verified, your discord nickname becomes your roblox username. This is then used by our ticketing system to intergrate you ROBLOX-side.
Q. I have perks. Can I check in with these?
Yes, if you own Flexible or Standard plus you can select the corresponding ticket and it will be entered accordingly. If you have bought the perk but it says you do not own it, please run /update to update your discord roles.
Q. Can I check in for multiple flights?
As long as the flight is in 48 hours from when you check in, you can check in for as many different flights as you want. However, you can't check in for the same flight twice. If you entered incorrect infomation for a flight and would like to change it, please contact support.
Q. Can I view my bookings after checking in?
Yes, you can execute the command /showbookings to view any bookings you may have. Remember, your booking is deleted 62hours after you have checked in (after the flight has departed)
