Q. When will I receive my tickets?
All you need to do is join the game and then check in using our self check in machines to receive your paper ticket. After completing this, you have the option to drop off your luggage and then head through customs.
Q. Can I change my ticket?
While using the self check in, you will have the option to select your ticket. If you have not bought any tickets, please select Value. After you purchase a ticket, you are able to select your purchased using the self check in, however you won't be ranked until after the flight, you may upgrade your ticket here.
Q. What are the check-in times?
Check-in opens 25 minutes before the flight departs and bag drop operations closes 5 minutes prior to the scheduled boarding time. Late passengers may be accepted and brought to the location of the flight, depending on time of join, please note that if you join too late then the server may be locked. Q. Are the games mobile or lag friendly?
We strive to ensure that our games are as lag free as possible. Some games may be laggier than others, but we find the perfect hybrid between great quality and low lag for the best user experience. If you find that your platform it crashing, please try to rejoin up to 3 times.
Q. What forms of identification are required to travel?
In order to join our games, you must have an account age of at least 40 days (subject to change). You are required to produce the following at our flights:
Valid passport (and where required, a valid visa)
If you claim you have a upgraded ticket, proof that you own the shirt (EG. by wearing it)
Q. What is the baggage allowance?
Value and Standard Fare
1 x 10kg hand baggage plus 1 x 15kg hold baggage
Additional bags at 15kg may be purchased at a fee of £0 each way prior to check in opening only.
An excess baggage fee will be applied over the baggage allowance limit of £10 per kg.
Flexible Fare
1 x 10kg hand baggage plus 1 x 23kg hold baggage
Additional bags at 23kg may be purchased at a fee of £0 each way prior to check in opening only.
An excess baggage fee will be applied over the baggage allowance limit of £0 per kg.
Any items which cannot be accommodated in the aircraft cabin will be carried in the aircraft’s hold for safety reasons.

When dropping your bag off for hold luggage, the baggage is in the hands of our Valet Baggage handlers, and you may pick up your bag at the bag drop in baggage reclaim at the destination airport. Please note that baggage can take up to 5 minutes to arrive.
Q. Do you offer online check-in?
We offer online check in before departure, all you need to do is click here to get started, after doing this you will be logged into our system and your reference will be prepared for you at the time when you check-in using our machines.
Q. Can I travel if my leg is in a plaster?
Due to the risk of swelling, if you have a broken bone fitted with plaster cast, you should not travel within 48 hours. You cannot travel if both legs are in plaster. If you have one leg in plaster and you are unable to bend your leg to a 90 degree angle you will be required to purchase two seats. There is no additional tax charge for the second seat.
Q. What is a banned group?
Before flying, it is important to check that you are not in any banned groups which may prevent you from joining the game.A banned group is a group which has broken one or more mutual rules such as trolling or exploiting.People who are in banned groups won't be able to join Eastern Airways games - they will see a ban message when they attempt to join. To resolve this, simply leave the banned group and you will be unbanned. Please note that there is no need to open a ticket or contact us about unbanning you after you have left a banned group, as you will be unbanned automatically by the system and will be able to join games once all banned groups have been left.
If you still can't join after you have left all banned groups, you may be banned, to appeal a ban please open a ticket in our Communications Server.
